Learn the art of the full body massage. Students will need a towel, pillow, blanket/sheet, hot water bottle, face cloth, and oil/lotion. This is an interactive class and you will benefit from having a volunteer to practice on for this course, while following the Public Health Orders in your area.

You and your partner can learn to help each other recover – physically, spiritually and emotionally. Students will need a towel, pillow, blanket/sheet, hot water bottle, face cloth, massage lotion and a comfortable location. This course is offered through Zoom; please ensure you have a computer or device with a microphone and camera.

Massage: Foot Massage & Reflexology
March 12; Saturday 9:00am – 12:00pm
Learn to give a good foot rub and take it one step further with reflexology – an alternative medicine technique involving pressure to the feet and other parts of the body. Students will need an ice cream pail, two towels, oil/ lotion, powder, pillow, hot water bottle, and face cloth. This is an interactive class and you will benefit from having a volunteer to practice on for this course, while following the Public Health Orders in your area.

Learn to erase those technology aches and pains in the head, neck, shoulders, arms and hands. Reduce stress and enhance health for all ages.

Massage: Maternity Massage for Professionals
June 3; Friday 5:00pm – 7:00pm
June 4; Saturday 7:00am – 3:00pm
Learn hands-on massage techniques for pain management in labour and delivery. You will cover full-body maternity and baby massage. With a combination of theory and practical, students will learn through demonstrations and assessments via the online platform Zoom.
Students are responsible for obtaining the e- book “Birthing in Good Hands” at www.brusheducation.ca.
Students will benefit from hands-on practice of the techniques covered by having people in your Covid-safe environment to work on as part of the course, whether they are part of your personal bubble or are volunteers following RMT guidelines in your clinic.

Learn full-body, side-lying massage and palliative wheelchair massage. With a combination of theory and practical, students will learn through demonstrations and assessments via the online platform, Zoom.
This course, offered virtually using Zoom, emphasizes hands-on practical, experiential learning. Practical portion will involve close contact with another person. Please follow the Public Health Orders in your area. Having people in your Covid-safe environment to work on is part of the course, whether they are part of your personal bubble or are volunteers following RMT guidelines in your clinic. You will need a mic and a camera on your device or computer. Certificate issued upon completion.
